These terms govern your use of the Metis website and public API. By accessing either, you agree to them. This is a v1 document and will be replaced by counsel-reviewed terms before premium access launches.

Use of the service

You may read, link to, and programmatically consume published research within the rate limits and cache directives the API communicates. You may not misrepresent Metis research as your own, alter its content while attributing it to Metis, or use the service to violate applicable law.

No advice

Metis publishes informational research. Nothing on this site is individualized financial, legal, or tax advice, and no fiduciary relationship is created by reading or consuming it.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as-is, without warranty. Research objects are versioned; corrections append revisions rather than silently rewriting history. Endpoints may evolve with the schema version communicated in every payload.
